At Tree Bottle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
• 1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@treebottles.com with your order number and reason for return.
• 2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (if applicable).
• 3. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email info@treebottles.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
