1. Introduction At Tree Bottle, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. These Terms of Change outline the process and conditions for making changes to your orders.

2. Change Requests If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us at info@treebottles.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

3. Timeframe for Changes Change requests must be made within 7 days of placing the order. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make any changes.

4. Accepted Changes Changes may include:

  • Modifying product size or color.
  • Adding or removing items from your order.
  • Adjusting shipping details (address changes only if the order hasn't shipped).

5. Additional Charges If your change results in a difference in price (either an increase or a decrease), we will inform you of the new total. Additional charges must be paid before the order can be finalized.

6. Refunds for Changes If a change results in a lower total, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method after processing the revised order.

7. Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order entirely, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions.

8. Limitations Tree Bottle reserves the right to refuse any change requests at our discretion, especially if the change impacts inventory or delivery timelines.
